What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients, we typically have a discussion so I can get acquainted with your tax situation. From there, I review your previous tax returns and current tax documents so I can prepare the returns. After the return is complete, we review it together to ensure everything is accurate and I answer any questions or concerns you have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently licensed by the IRS as an Enrolled Agent. This affords me the ability to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all tax matters. I've been working in the tax industry for ten years. My college background is in Accounting and Business Management.
