About
I enjoy helping both new and old businesses achieve a higher standard of record keeping. My business is fully insured to protect myself and my clients. My prices are reasonable for that new business owner. It is so much better to start off the right way.
I have met some really people that U am proud to call my clients and friends. We have a great working relationship.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to either meet my clients in person or speak with them on the phone. It is always good to get to know your clients.
We will discuss how our company can help you, what your needs are, and how you would like to see your business grow.
It is important that we can work together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the bookkeeping/accounting business since I was 13 years old helping in our family business. In my high school years, I majored in Business and later went on to get my Associates in Business Management at Newbury College. I completed my Bachelor's Degree at Roger Williams University in Legal Studies and then continuing my education in Business Management (MBA). Incorporating my business knowledge and legal knowledge I continued in bookkeeping and accounting in the legal, retail, and wholesale business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
LEGAL & GENERAL ACCOUNTING AND PAYROLL.
Monthly bookkeeping is 150.00 to 350.00 a month and for the first month and a 200.00 to 300.00 set up fee.
The set up fee depends on the complexity of your books and what condition they are in. Starting from scratch takes much more time if you have a full service business.
This fee includes all journal entries, balancing the books all reconciliations, and processing a Financial package. Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements.
Personal taxes 250.00 with an additional 50.00 per schedule.
For sole proprietors single-member LLCs and small businesses. If you begin at the beginning of the year it is 350.00 for the first month. If the startup is after we are already into the year all months behind are 150.00 to 350.00 depending on the complexity of your records. If the time exceeds the 3 hours alocated to do prepare your books each additional hour will be charged at 50.00 an hour. I have found that this is a team effort and as I am accountable to my position so must the client.
We do set up payment plans.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been doing this all my life it is my passion and I wanted to promote my services and build my business rather than always working to benefit someone else.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different types of businesses:
Legal, Construction, Florist, Education, Technology, Medical, Landscapers, Cranberry Bog Owners, and many more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love to set up businesses and watch them grow to untangle messes and see them flourish.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check your references. Make sure they are fully insured. Paying for general liability insurance is a sign of a reputable and responsible business owner.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about your budget and then think if you can really afford not to hire a professional. It is more difficult to get out of a mess than to start out right with the right accountant.
