About
I am owner-operated and believe in lasting relationships rather than making a quick buck. Almost all of my business is word of mouth and my clients stay with me for years because of the level of service they receive. I answer emails or calls the same day and I hit my deadline. Always.
I love working with small businesses like myself! I also work with a variety of non-profits offering a reduced rate. I believe in giving back to the community. Also, I just love to create! I take great pride in the work that I do and I get to know my clients so that the work I create showcases their brand and is something they are proud of.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call interview is scheduled to determine the requirements and needs of the client. I am owner-operated so I am very "hands-on." There is no salesperson and I believe in lasting relationships and quality work that brings people back. I always meet my deadlines, I feel that is extremely important and I don't promise things that can't be done. Typically turnaround times are pretty fast but it depends on the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a graphic designer for over 20 years, the Creative Director of a full-service marketing agency for 8 years and I have had my own freelance side business for 18 years before leaving the marketing company to do this full-time for myself. In the last year and a half, my business has grown and I now have 3 employees.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on the type of work. Graphic design and digital marketing work are generally billed at a rate of $85 per hour, website design and development is at $120 per hour. I will supply an estimated quote for the job and if it looks like we are going to go over the estimated time (rare), the client will be made aware of that in advance.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked in pre-press print production while I was in college. I have always been a print geek. I worked my way up the American way through hard work. I love what I do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every type of customer but mostly small businesses. My clients include non-profits, schools, financial planners, health and hospice care, and a myriad of other types of businesses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at their portfolio of work first. Finding someone with a variety of styles is a good indication that they can capture your voice. Also ask for references.
