What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consensus Interactive has worked with many amazing clients in transforming their organization's brands and online experiences. Our domain expertise has proven incredibly valuable when projects of all sizes - having predefined methodologies and research, we can deliver a value far beyond the price point.
Working with an agency can be difficult if the vendor doesn’t clearly understand your goals. We engage in meetings to fully capture the business objectives and high-level requirements and goals of the project.
In addition, our senior staff will perform research and analysis in order to provide a detailed and accurate proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the Chief Strategy Officer of Consensus, I help shape the overall direction and strategies of the agency along with other members of Consensus’ leadership team. I also lead Consensus’ UX and technology teams.
I am a business and brand strategist with over 20 years of experience across market research firms, digital agencies, and management consultancies.
My approach is to work closely with organizations to collaborate, plan and execute large-scale digital efforts and improve marketing, sales, customer experience, product, and brand.
Previous to Consensus, I was a partner at Mindseye Technology working at the intersection of business transformation and digital experiences, with a focus on startups.
Prior to that, I was a Vice President of Development at Natural Intelligence, a Cambridge-based consulting group.

We provide fixed-bid "value pricing." This takes into account a number of variables that include vertical, challenge and client.
