About
Each session is customized and client centered, your time begins when I first put hands on you on the table.
I believe in doing effective bodywork and not "foofoo" work.
There is a full spectrum sauna available for sessions before or after your massage at an additional cost.
The change in client's faces when they have had their body work, it's the BEST!
I love offering services that complement each other. I offer "Integrative Therapeutic Massage" to be able to offer you the best experience!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Review electronic contact form, especially the medical part
Connect in person at appointment time to answer any questions, discuss the policies/procedures, take some time getting specific information about clients' expectations and discussing pressure used and make sure they understand the amount of pressure is up to them - if I am using too much or not enough, let me know.
Tour the office, suggest using the bathroom (down the hall) and where to place their belongings during massage.

How did you get started in this business?
My hands have been helping people relax since the early 1970's. They would get warm when laying them on people. I had no idea of any kind of energy work before this time and didn't take any energy courses until early 2000's.
Clents often tell me my touch is healing for them. I am humbled by this! What an honor to help them feel better.
I decided to attend massage school in 2011 to be able to put my skills all together and offer services that would benefit a wider audience. I have worked for others throughout the years but always found issues with the way things were done so decided I needed to start my business - in 2005 - and do things "correctly."
What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients as young as 8 and up to 90, mostly female.
Typically my clients are between 45-84, mosty women and children. Most children under 16 only need 30 minutes of work ($40).
I can provide deep tissue work but the way I address it is to start slow and build up to deeper pressure. It makes no sense to put an elbow into a muscle group without first warming up the muscles! If you feel the need to start out with an elbow, please find someone else, thanks!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My husband and I recently bought an RV (Class C) and have been using it to relax and get out into nature more. I recently took my daughter and the grands to visit friends and we were able to bring our own beds! It makes me happy to provide experiences for the kids and grands to enjoy. I love the freedom to get out of town and find lovely places to visit.!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
1. Myofascial Release takes time but is the most effective for long term relief, so get it done anyway, you will be amazed at the difference several sessions will produce. There are very few professionals doing this work in our area, look for someone you resonate with.
2. check out reviews for any LMT you plan to approach - what do their clients have to say? What specialized training do they have that you can readily check out. (Some who call themselves professionals will do work they have not been trained in). Just make sure your choice is actually trained in the work they offer.
3. Interview prospective therapists. You don't get a job without applying and interviewing for it, so why not do this if you are thinking of investing your hard earned money into your body, make sure the therapist is someone you feel comfortable with.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Questions to ask:
1. What kind of training did you have and what are your certifications?
2. How long have you been doing this work?
3. Do you offer session packages and special pricing? What do you cahrge regularly?
4. How soon can I get into your schedule?
Just a short note on pricing - are you looking for quality vs quantity? If you are looking for what is best for your body, budget and time make sure you are comfortable with the costs.
Also think about your preference for either male or female therapist. How comfortable would you be with one over the other?
