What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client to obtain documentation & confirm identity. I will ask for about a week turnaround. I will prepare & efile Federal, State & Local tax returns along with prepare a Local Services Tax Refund form if necessary. A copy of your efiled documents will be provided to the client. I will contact the client when their documents are ready to be picked up or delivered to them. All hours are by appointment.
