At Pro Tax USA, our goal is to give you the best service possible. If we don't get you the largest income tax refund (legally), we will refund 100% of your fee. Our office can also help you with your payroll, bookkeeping, life insurance or retirement needs. I am an enrolled agent with the IRS and have been preparing income tax returns for more then 30 years. I am able to do tax returns for any state or for multiple states. I am also licensed as a registered representative to assist with your life insurance and retirement needs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, we start with a free consultation phone call. We will discuss creating a plan that is convenient for the client. We can provide services remotely or in person. We set specific deadlines for the tasks to be performed. Payment is not required until we have fulfilled the clients request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 year college degree in Accounting.
