What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is to talk via phone to see what their business needs are. Then we will discuss meeting in person to go over everything in detail including a contract. After, that we talk when the client needs something or if I have a question about their needs. Payments are sent to me directly via check, cash app, paypal or credit card payment.
