What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone call or meeting to determine the client's needs and allow the prospective client to ask questions regarding how we might meet those needs. Once we agree, I get an understanding of the client's overall financial situation by reviewing current accounting systems and prior period tax filings before beginning new work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Penn State University followed by 30 years in small firm public accounting and tax work.
