How did you get started in this business?
After getting my degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting and Design, and getting married...my life was lead to use my “back pocket” career after realizing my husband’s job was very transient, and also realizing I could contribute to our finances AND enjoy watching my children grow by perusing this career option.
What types of customers have you worked with?
A plethora of clients with various needs in skin, nail, and body issues.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are a philanthropic spa who gives back to the community. Each year we choose a fundraising group and do various projects throughout the year to contribute. Recently, we raised money to plants trees at our local Miracle Field, which is an all encompassing athletic area that enables the mentally and physically handicapped children to enjoy playing various sports.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We offer an unmatched level of service not found in many salon or spas. We truly love what we do, and care about your welfare.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Simply...know your needs and, accurately and clearly, expressing those needs, so they get the care they are expecting. Have standards when it comes to receiving services that are to help your mind, body, and spirit, and don’t lower your standards.
