What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to sit down and get to know the customer and find out what their business and personal life is about so that I may better be able to suit the customers needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to Kent State University for my Associates degree in accounting and have done my internship under a CPA. I am currently on my 38th year of working in the field with my 28th year being in business for myself.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always loved playing with numbers and I followed in my uncle's footsteps when choosing this field of work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all kinds of customers. Taxwise, i have quite a client base that consists of union workers, railroad employees and truck drivers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Being able to be comfortable enough to sit and talk is a bit item.
