At Mind, Body, & Soulutions LLC we specialize in therapeutic and coaching services for individuals, couples, families, professionals, and businesses in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with over a decade of experience in Professional Counseling and Counseling Psychology. Areas of expertise include brief therapies, conflict resolution and crisis intervention, coaching, relationship managment, interpersonal effectiveness, as well as diverse populations.
We provide interactive, solution-focused therapy. Our therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. We integrate complementary methodologies and techniques including holistic health to offer a comprehensive and highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, we work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
