I am solution focused with a holistic approach. I focus on helping people to fix what is broken and empower them to be emotionally, psychologically and mentally stronger and prepared for future struggles. My goal is always to empower people to help themselves and see beyond their current issues.
It is my purpose and passion. My own life struggles, personality, life experiences, personal experiences and training have cultivated me into the person I am. I can see things from many perspectives. I can offfer alternative ways of looking at things- changing one's feelings about them, thus changing their experience- hopefully from a negative or hurtful situation into one of hope and learning.
I am a licensed psychotherapist, a clinical hypnotherapist, a grief recovery specialist.
I specialize in anxiety and holistic techniques. 'Y greatest joy is working with couples.

It was my calling. Then I followed up with formal training and licensure.
