What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make this process as easy and pain-free for my customers. Here's how what I've discovered to work best:
1. Phone or in-person meeting to discuss your business services, products, design, and overall goals for the website as your home marketing tool.
2. First draft is complete and open to major design edits (layout, fonts, colors) and content details.
3. Final product is complete and open to any final edits.
4. The optimized website is yours and we will close with a 1-1 tuturial about your website and how to access stats, design, account details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started in this business?
I spent 10 years selling print and digital marketing to small and large businesses. I always felt there was a better solution for a lot of the local, small-medium sized business besides being stuck in these annual plans I was selling, promising big SEO features that just wasn't true and expensive.
So in 2018, I left corprate sales and started my own local company Clear Market Media, LLC to help save the local businesses from being stuck in expensive plans when they just need a website that's optimized....No need to charge $4000 every year! Sheesh.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Tell them what your goals and expectations are for the website.
For example: If you want to pop up on page one for Dentist in Philly in the organic section for free VERSUS you are a reputable painter in Erie, PA and just need a website for the last year before you retire.
