About this pro

I'm an easygoing counselor who can be direct when necessary, but I prefer to provide a space where the client can pull from his or her own strengths to find solutions. All of my professional experience is in the mental health field, but I've been practicing as an independent practitioner since 2004. I am trained and experienced in solution focused modalities and cognitive behavioral strategies. However, I use a variety of counseling modalities depending on the client's needs. My greatest skill is my ability to truly listen and understand.

What is most rewarding about my work, are the opportunities to be a witness to positive change in others lives. For me, my work is also a constant reminder of the power of love, respect, and gratitude.

I am experienced in all areas of mental health, but I work best with those experiencing difficult life transitions such as loss and divorce. I am also highly effective in treating anxiety and depression. In addition, I enjoy working with women on issues such as infertility, postpartum conditions, parenting concerns, and the mental health effects of weight loss and weight loss surgery. While my clients find online counseling to be most flexible, I also offer in home appointments and counseling through chat applications.

If you think I'm someone you'd like to connect with and feel you are ready to move past your present challenges and state of being, schedule a free consultation today! I look forward to working with you.
