I am an experienced psychologist and am highly effective in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic, and related issues such as intimacy, addiction, and establishing personal success. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, addictions, challenging irrational beliefs, anxiety, stress, and more so that we can reclaim our hope and confidence in ourselves for a brighter tomorrow.

With 30 years of experience, six international bestsellers, and work across diverse treatment settings, I offer a wide range of tools and approaches to help find the path that works for you. I also enjoy the supervision of counselors and executive coaching, with years of experience across settings from the governor's policy office to Purdue University.

My standard rate is $250 per hour. However, most working with me choose a package access ($800 per month) with up to 4 individual sessions (approximately $175 per meeting), access to my bestselling books, my coping skills toolbox filled with my favorite tools from 30 years of practice ($365 value), and access to other trainings I offer in that month.

Note also I do not accept insurance. You may be able to submit my billing to your payor for reimbursement. Ask about discounts for long-term commitment to your growth ($600 per month for 3 months or more).
