What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial meeting with a new client, I get as much information as possible so that I can learn what is needed and how I can solve it. Once the problem is clear, we can then begin to implement plans and strategies for correction and growth. My clients will get personalized services because every individual and business is different.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Bookkeeper, received an Associates in Accounting, a IRS credentialed tax preparer with a valid PTIN and Efin.We are an authorized E-File provider location. Each year I attend numerous tax summits and earn more than the required Continuing Education Credits. Also, I am a certified Quickbooks Pro-Advisor and I have over 18 years of corporate and office management experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Tax Preparation Fees are based on the forms filed. The fees are upfront with no hidden fess. Clients have many payment options to chose from including paying with their refund, paying via check, debit or credit card and cash or PayPal.
Bookkeeping and Other Professional Services are priced based upon the level and amount of accounts and transactions performed. Bookkeeping clients are invoiced on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending upon structure.
What types of customers have you worked with?
AA Tax Services provides services to individuals, small businesses and self employed individuals. We have done numerous business formation services and we also assist with those currently looking to change employment or seek to find a new career.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking for a tax preparer, always ask about the fees. The fees charged should not be based on percentage of your refund. Also, make sure that the provider will be E-Filing your tax return. Every paid tax professional needs to sign and enter their tax credentials before submitting the forms to the IRS. And lastly, DO NOT sign a blank tax return, ever!
