What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Tax Travel Proservices we enjoy talking , communicating with our coustomers face to face becuase we have a better understanding with there needs and wants. With new clients we get to understand how to form a new relationship with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Certified IRS agent and Certified Travel Agent. Tax/ Travel Proservices is a full /all year seasonal company, we strive on wisdom, integrity, and trust. By having educational classes every 3 months on clients relationships and policy and procedures for all tax laws, webinars and meeting we have great connections with different people. Dealing with the Travel Business side we have monthly webinsar to keep up to date with current travel business.

We have standard pricing that base on the customer needs. which we normally discuss at the first consultation in person/ or over the phone.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started by working for the IRS on a two year contract, and then pursue my career in the accounting field at a manufacturing company. I recieved my bachelor in accounting and started my own tax /travel company in 2009.
