What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a discussion on the phone And get as much info as possible and then arrange to have client come to my business or I can go to their residence if necessary .Whatever is convenient for the client is what I do.Iwill give client an estimate over the phone based on information I'm given.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out with H&R Block and got a lot of training with them but nowadays I attend tax seminars to keep up with all the changes.
