About
I use a cutting edge approach known as Process Oriented Psychology which is an alternative model that seeks to help people understand not just why we behave as we do but to understand and make use of what's right about what we think is wrong.
As the only Process Worker on the East Coast offering this alternative approach, to self-awareness, problem solving, and creative meaning making, I make my services available on a sliding fee scale for those unable to pay full fee. I also offer a free 20 minute phone consult to determine if we are a compatible fit.
What I most enjoy about being a guide and witness for those on this courageous journey of self-curiosity, understanding and love, is that it helps us establish relationships and live the potential of the parts of ourselves that we've secretly given up on. It shows us that no matter how dysfunctional our behaviors, at the core of them is a self-loving intention and after all that many of us have been through, that discovery of self-love, is miraculous and the beginning of truly belonging to ourselves!
