What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Donna is credentialed via the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global organization governing the profession. She also sat on the Board of Directors for the local ICF Philadelphia Chartered Chapter and was the Past President for the National Association for Women (NAPW) of her local chapter. Currently, Donna is a Member of the Forbes Coaching Council which is an invitation-only community for leading business and career coaches, where only 10% of applicants are accepted.

 For twelve years, Donna owned a full service, large home improvement, landscaping, property management, and commercial janitorial Company that operated in two states. She is well aware of the successes, setbacks, and work- life balance issues facing small businesses owners wearing multiple hats while retaining engaged key staff. 

As the CFO and a licensed Realtor, Donna co-managed the rapid growth of the first Keller Williams office and largest real estate brokerage in Chester County, PA. For six years Donna helped develop five other KW independently owned franchises. She has coached, trained, and consulted with hundreds of realtors, staff, and vendors through their challenges in team building, best hiring practices, communication skills, business operations, and business growth.

Donna has had a lifelong appreciation for wellness and physical fitness. Her educational background in Biology and Nutrition lead her to work in the medical community and become a Yoga and Pilates Instructor. Donna's science approach understands the power of the Mind, Body, and Spirit connection to support a healthy integration of Work and Life.

That magic moment when speaking to a group of struggling business owners who cannot figure out why. They grasp what I am educating them on. The high beams goes off in their eyes! 


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Have conversations with multiple professionals to compare and contrast competence. services, and comfortable factor with each.  


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

The biggest one is:

Will they (the customer/client) committ to designating the time, energy, and funds to efficiently accomplish the specific goals set? The work engaged is a partnership where each party has a function in getting to the desired outcome.
