I specialize in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Life Coaching. With more than 30 years experience I have successfully coached leaders looking to build teams, create high performance teams and individuals looking to take their career to the next level. I also apply the same expert level coaching and techniques for individuals in need of life coaching to work through transitions of all kinds to become the best they can be!
I have a passion for working with my clients to establish manageable goals and supporting them to accomplish the life they always dreamt that they could have.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with my clients to establish specific goals and work with them through accountability coaching to support them in succeeding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified MindGym coach, certified in Situational Leadership training and I have more than 30 years experience as an executive coach working with everyone from top level executives to recent college graduates. I also work with individuals using some of the same principles for life coaching. I have helped countless people work through many different transitions in their life.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I offer an initial 30 minute free consultation and agree upon a specific plan. I typically meet with my clients one day a week , Unless additional sessions are required. I bill at $150 an hour.
