About
I help people identify limiting beliefs, toxic programming and self-defeating patterns so that they can live the life they prefer. I help bring light at clarity to the truth of my clients issues and what is keeping them from accomplishing their goals or seeing their way.
I also specialize in helping adoptees overcome the trauma of adoption, discover who they are and create the lives they were born to live.
I love helping people find their authentic self. As an adoptee myself, I have seen countless therapists that did not understand the unique struggles that stemmed from being adopted. The fear of rejection and self-doubted that haunted my every move. It wasn't until I found a life coach that I was able to heal and I love being able to pass that healing onto others.
I am a certified life coach and I specialize in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Techniqe (EFT/Tapping) and Ho'Oponopono. I am highly intuitive and tailor my approach to my clients needs.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's really simple.
1) we have a conversation to clarify your goals and there reason you are seeking a coach.
2) we discuss things that have helped you in the past and see if we would be a good fit.
3) If we decide to work together (I believe I can help you and you agree) - we will schedule our first session where we will go over some things about where you currently are and discuss what the path forward will look like and cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Psychology from New York University
Life Coaching certification from Sixstar Coaching
Training in Neurolinguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), and I am a trauma informed mindfulness coach.

How did you get started in this business?
After years of therapy with only minimal success in overcoming the issues I was dealing with, I hired a life coach. Within 6 months, my life changed more than it ever had after years of therapy. It made me so passionate to learn the skill and go out and help others like myself.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with people who are struggling with confidence issues and as a result are not where they want to be in life. I work best with women who have troubled relationships and feel unsatisfied and feel like they live in survival mode.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My horseback riding lesson this past Friday. My trainer gave me some really challenging exercises. It felt great to be pushed to get better and ride harder.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to the person before deciding. Any decent coach will offer a free consult so you can find out if it's a good match. Go with the person you feel most comfortable talking to. If you aren't comfortable with the person the coaching will not be effective. Anybody can coach. The magic happens when there is a partnership between coach and client. There needs to be trust and comfort for that to happen.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are you seeking a coach for?
what do you need from the coach?
what do they believe coaching is?
