Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At a first consultation I answer all of the client's questions. I also explain the law as it affects the client's intellectual property rights and provide estimates of the costs of the steps the client desires to take and make recommendations on how, in my opinion, is the best way for the client to proceed. The consultation can be in any one of our three offices (New York City, White Plains, West Nyack), or via e-mail, telephone, or WhatsApp.
