I've assembled a team of experts from various fields that I call on for customized support. We work alongside you--in your business--to get you to the other side.
With over 30 years of experience, I've engineered numerous profitable turnarounds ranging from innovative startup ventures to struggling multi-national corporations. I've been called an "angel investor's dream" due to my ability to see the vision, anticipate market demand and focus the operations to maximize profitability.

One of my passions is to help businesses thrive. It's more than creating systems or monitoring spending or even increasing sales. I look at the entire organism and help bring all the pieces together for success without stress.
I love to watch the growth of each individual as well as the company as a whole. As they progress toward success, I enjoy pushing them out of the nest and watching them soar on their own.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every business has unique needs, just as every individual does. At Mann Solution Group, we pride ourselves on being able to see through the clutter and identify what each person, department, and business needs to succeed. Once this is identified, we develop and implement a plan tailored specifically to each client.
What types of customers have you worked with?
A recent client wrote this in May of 2019: "Ms. Mann has served as interim CEO since April 2018. During that time, she has overseen a 40% reduction in G & A costs and led a restructuring of the company’s finances." This is my ideal client--willing to do some hard work right alongside my team and I. These accomplishments are due to the entire team sharing a vision and working together.
