What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being accepted to work with client; it is my turn to interview them to know about the business and their expectations. I then reviewed their accounting software if they have one or their bookkeeping information. I reviewed all the information and meet with them with some recomendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MA in accounting and more than 20 years of bookeeping and accounting
