What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Best thing for us is to first chat by phone for me to get a good handle on what it is you actually need. Once I have a good understanding then fees can be discussed. We have a variety of rates in my office depending on the task. I can then come to you to gather info or you can come here or we can use other means.....makes no difference to me. Your choice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Public Accountant with current license. Pennsylvania registered linsurance agent providing all lines of insurance. Home, auto, life and health. My experience allows me to deal with real life situations in our business and personal lives.
