My approach emphasizes personal service in a very pragmatic way with the sole focus being to add value to my clients by solving their tax problems or preparing their returns. I come at the practice highly educated with my legal degree and LL.M. in Taxation (Masters in Tax) from the nations leading institution and my CPA and CMA certificates and more than 30 years of experience. And perhaps one of my best attributes is to be able to boil the issue down into one the client understands -- by putting it into plain English. Because of my personal and pragmatice approach, vast and varied experience, and my emphasis on serving the client I have many happy and satisfied clients.

I love to help clients legally pay the least amount of tax. My emphasis is on clients with upward trajectories such as executives or small business owners. My firm is a one-stop shop in that I provide both the tax and legal services to them, as well as, the accounting and payroll services they require. It is not unusual for my clients to consult me on strategizing their personal and business issues and I truly love assisting them.
