About
Are you having difficulty communicating with your partner? Tired of having the same fights? Want to improve your sex life? As a specialist in Sex & Intimacy issues, I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals & couples to resolve their relationship and sexual issues. I believe everyone has the right to a safe place to discuss their desires, fantasies and any obstacles to enjoying sex.
In our society, we’re bombarded with messages about sex & intimacy - but few of us have places where we can have honest conversations about our own sexuality. As a sexuality educator & therapist, people confide in me, and I provide psycho-education and therapy through a variety of modalities, including sensate focus, mindfulness based, CBT, emotion-focused and Gottman Couples Counseling.
Laura Morse, M.Ed., LPC works with individuals & couples who want to improve their lives. Laura's helped hundreds of people - just like you - achieve their goals. She believes in a collaborative, holistic lense to therapy and strives to meet you with a supportive strengths-based approach.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Laura Morse, M.Ed. LPC holds additional certifications in both Couples Counseling & Sex Therapy. Many people choose to work with a sex & relationship therapist, given that they want someone who is comfortable discussing their sexuality and/or sex in their relationship.
Sex therapists are trained to provide in-depth talk therapy, and have advanced trianing in treating sexual issues and concerns. Some frequent issues that couples come to talk about are: differences in desire, boredom in the bedroom, recovery after an affair, porn/sex addiction & support for partners, gender identity issues, erectile dysfunction, delayed/premature ejaculation, painful sex, and communication issues around intimacy. .
The length of time in therapy varies based on the individual or couple. Currently, over 80% of my clients find that their treatment goals are met within eight to twelve sessions, while 20% of clients may have more intensive psychotherapy when there is a more complex case.
