What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet at at the potential client's desired location to discuss what services are needed and in collaboration with the client determine how to best provide these services. We review policies and procedures currently in place and if needed, construct a plan of action (POA) to incorproate our services to fulfill these needs. We bill only after we have an agreement with the client in writing. The service plan contracts can be either hourly, montlhy or another defined time. Whatever is best for our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees all have bachelor degrees in business or accounting and several have advanced degrees. We have over 140 years of combined experience in the accounting industry. We all are subject to continuing education in tax, payroll, HR, operations and other outsourcing services as well as various software applications.
