We called Cliff for an emergency job at night on a holiday weekend. (A tree fell on our electrical lines taking down our meter off the side of our home.) We never met him prior, yet he came, fixed the problem and worked with PPL to restore power in just a few hours. Hes courteous, efficient and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend him!
