The interested clients need to create their account on qsbookkeeping.com. After they create the account, they need to login to the website to download and upload documents. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer has to register on qsbookkeeping.com
Once they registered they order services by login to their account.They request a quote by downloading intake sheet. The intake sheet for either Bookkeeping Services, Payroll or Tax Services.The purpose of the intake sheet is to serve clients as accurately as possible. Then fill it out and upload it to server with necessary documents needed to do the service. if they are ready to order the services, click on Shop for Services and choose the services and add them to shopping cart. The system will require you to pay for 50% upfront when you submit your order. When I receive the order I will start to work on it. and when I am done, I will run a quality assurance test on it to make sure it is a quality service, free of error. then submit the tested copy to client for his approval. if The service is approved. then client will login to his account and pay for the rest of the 50%.
