What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For taxes, I will meet with a client and take care of their taxes on the spot for simple returns or have them drop off their paperwork for more conplex returns.
For bookkeeping I like to meet the client somewhere neutral to qualify them. I like to talk about their needs and how I can help them, set up pricing, sign any agreements, and set up the first work meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 6 classes from a degree in Accounting. I have been a landscape company's bookkeeper for 10 years and a small constructuin company for 3 years concurrently.
I have an IRS Ptin number for doing taxes
