Heart Path Wellness
About
I offer an embodied approach to wellness, deepening your relationship to mind, body, and spirit through integrative bodywork. I practice a grounding, relaxing, and effective combination of bodywork modalities, incorporating Myofascial Release, Swedish, Shiatsu, CranioSacral Therapy, deep tissue, and lymphatic massage to address imbalances, relieve pain, free restrictions, and encourage deep and lasting connection to your body and its magic. My approach is intuitive and informed--each session uniquely co-created with you for your maximum benefit. I want you to leave our session feeling nurtured, unrestricted, and supported in your own healing journey.
I love helping my clients live their lives more fully and joyfully by encouraging and facilitating ease in their bodies. I love that each client and each session is unique, and that healing takes many different forms. I focus on gentler modalities as I believe it produces significant and lasting benefits to the body, mind, and spirit, and allows my clients to engage with their bodies and be an active participant in their healing.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with and welcome all ages and genders in my practice. I have primarily worked with adults but have techniques for pediatric massage as well. My approach is very client-centered and I can modify the massage to the desires/needs of my clients. I do not have much experience/training in Pre/Post-natal massage, so if you are looking for that, we are probably not the best fit for each other!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The LMT-client relationship is crucial to healing! Find a therapist you trust and feel comfortable with.
