About
My expertise is in individual counseling for teens and young adults struggling with mood changes, eating disorders, disordered eating, trauma, LGBTQ+ specific issues, and other aspects of life. I also work with families impacted by an eating disorder, trauma, and relational struggles.
I hold the belief that everybody is doing the best that they can, with the resources they have available. Sometimes, we need a little extra support through the journey of life. Recognizing that we need support can be difficult, and reaching out for that support can be even more challenging.
I believe that throughout our lives we are discovering new trails to take. Some of those trails will be more challenging than others, and sometimes we don't know how we got on our current trail. Counseling can support you in identifying the trail that you are on, and finding new, potentially hidden, trials to journey on. It is never too late to create a new trail for yourself that will support you in finding a more authentic you.
I enjoy helping people along their journey to becomming the person that they want to be. I enjoy seeing the growth in people as they discover new things about themselves and new ways of being in the world.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon.

$125 per 45-55 minute Individual Session

$145 per 55 minute Family Session

$45 per each additional 30 minutes of session time
I have a limited number of sliding scale spaces available based on economic hardship or need. Please reach out to me to talk about this more. The session fee is due at the time of service via cash, check, or credit card.
