Highly recommend Stephanie! Hands down she gives the best massages Ive had. Shes super attentive, great listener and communicator - always making sure the pressure isnt too much. I always leave feeling very relaxed. She even game me some stretches to do at home to help/improve my problem areas. You wont be disappointed!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session we will evaluate your areas of concern and address what your goals are. Then we will set up our sessions accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended East West college of the Healing Arts here in Portland. I was fortunate to take Tui Na and Cranial Sacral as my electives as well as myofacial release and deep tissue. Some continuing education I have taken is Lomi Lomi. I use a combination of my knowledge to customize my sessions with my clients.

How did you get started in this business?
I have been in the medical field for many years. I wanted to be able to help people without having to rely on machines. Massage therapy has given me a chance to help people and animals with my knowledge and techniques.
