Asking for help can be a very difficult thing to do. Finding a therapist with whom you feel secure and comfortable can be equally daunting, especially when you are in the midst of emotional and psychological pain. Through proven research based techniques I can help you create successful relationships, manage difficult emotions, cultivate compassion towards yourself and others and learn how to have a rich and meaningful life.
