What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect a new client's information through our secure link. The client uploads their tax documents and and any pertinent information. We take a look at the information and set up a phone call for any further questions from the client or tax preparer. Once the return is ready an email will be sent notifying the client at which point the return will be finalized and efiled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Tax preparer with a valid PTIN issued by the IRS, an IRS rule ERO(electronic return originator) and a licensed P&C as well as life &health insurance broker.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Whenever looking for a tax preparer or insurance agent, make sure they are licensed, enthusiastic and educated about their field.
