I am passionate about helping people move from brokenness and sorrow to hope and restoration, and I believe that this journey is not meant to be an independent one. I’m here as a companion for this journey, to help you to uncover your God-given identity, embrace a healthy sense of self, and establish life giving rhythms that will sustain you emotionally and spiritually.
I am a follower of Jesus, and my worldview is one that is filtered through the Bible. I do not believe that any situation is too complicated for God to work through, or any heart too broken for God to heal. My conversations are faith-full, I advocate for the deep healing work of forgiveness, and believe that when we align our souls with Biblical principles and foster a relationship with Jesus, we can experience abundant life.
I am a non-clinical counselor and do not accept insurance.
I love seeing clients grow in their understanding of who they are, who God is, and to better recognize how God is working in thier lives.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To set up an appointment, call me at 971-319-5290. I'll send you some forms to fill out online before we meet. During our fist meeting, we'll spend time getting to know one another, and discuss how to best move forward.

Initial appointments are $150, subsequent appointments are $125.

I meet with individuals who need support during seasons of transition, periods of emotional or spiritual distress, those struggling with forgiveness issues, problem solving, major life decisions, and those needing assistance navigating complicated relationships.
