I learned a long time ago that an entrepreneur should focus on what they do best, and strive to surround themselves with great talent. As an MBA who launched my business several years ago, I wanted to focus my time on business development and marketing. While I could have learned to keep my own books, it simply wasnt my strength. Following my own advice, I search for a bookkeeping team that would essentially be one of the most important arms of our company. I cant believe how lucky I was to find Ashley at Skyline Bookkeeping.
