What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I meet with as client. I ask them questions that will allow me to help each client get the maximum refund allowed. Or, reduce the amount they owe. I give them time. I illimnate the negative a client feels when doing their taxes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

This will be my 11th season doing taxes. during the summer I will take over a hundred different tax classes to get me ready for the upcoming tax season. I stay certified thru the IRS.
