What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having the client fill out an information form and setup an appointment and meeting place comfortable for the client and with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm required each year to take 18 hours of CPE credits by the IRS to keep my AFSP certification. I have also taked 10 hours of Corporation CPE credits sofar this year, 2020.

I give discounts to Military, Students and Seniors. Also I give discounts to students if I do their parent's return.
How did you get started in this business?
I was offered the opportunity to learn another trade when I worked for Lucent Technologies. So I decided to learn tax preparation from H R Block in 1992. I have always been interested in helping other people. To many people have to pay an outrageous fee to get their returns prepared. So I have a Motto of "I'm Here To Help You."

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Are you tired of being overcharged. You will not be disappointed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you are not comfortable with or don't trust your tax preparer you need to look somewhere else.
