I am a licensed member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. I earned my Associate Degree in English Literature and Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Missouri Southern State University, and I obtained my Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa. My practice includes transactional and litigation matters involving business and commercial law, real estate, construction, banking, bankruptcy, transportation and employment law defense. I have litigation experience including hearings and trials in state and federal courts throughout the country, and representation of employers before administrative agencies. I am recognized in the Oklahoma Super Lawyers – Rising Stars for 2008-2012 and Oklahoma Super Lawyers for 2013-2018 with a designation in Construction Litigation and I have a Martindale Hubbell AV rating. In 2011, I was named to the Tulsa Business Journal's The Tulsa 40 as an up-and-comer in the Tulsa business community.
Specialties: I provide my clients with the expertise to address a wide variety of banking and construction related issues. I represent lenders, owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers and sureties. I am actively involved in a wide variety of residential and commercial construction litigation including contract interpretation and enforcement; disputes involving payment bonds; construction defects; materialmen’s and labor liens; mechanic’s liens; and, Miller Act claims.
