I help people who are tired of being "beat up " by life find the skills and power to overcome their difficulties. I use CBT to help identify and overcome troubling thoughts and beliefs. I am unapologetically Christian. My Master's is from OU and my Doctorate is from California Southern. I am a LPC supervisor and have been actively licensed since 2008. I will work with anyone, but I work best with young adults and couples who are looking for a better life. I provide Help, Hope, and Answers. My website is helphopeandanswers.com. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and get to know each other with intake forms, conversation and sometimes simple assessments. We discuss the plan for treatment and the improvement that you can expect. Then we set up a schedule of visits. For certain issues, you will get a paper that had some preliminary things that can help. I take most insurances (BCBS etc.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pastor since 1990. Master of Human Relations (MHR) in 2001. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2008. Various trainings in ethics, trauma care, CBT, neuropsychology, play therapy, and family therapy. Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in 2015. LPC supervisor in 2011.

$100 per hour. add 5% for plastic fees. Specialized Psychometric assessments, (MMPI, WAIS-IV, ASAM, return to work etc.) are individually negotiated.
