What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once I receive all necessary documents from client, I go through a Q&A with the client to ensure that no additional information, deductions and/or credits are missed. It is very important for me to hear and know the customer's background, so that I may ensure that we file with the most advantageous outcome possible for them.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Math

MBA with a Concentration in Accounting

10+ years of experience preparing returns

Individual Filing - $150

Additional Fees:

Spouse - $30

Dependents - $10 each

Itemized Deductions - $40

Business Income/Expenses - $80 minimum

Rental Property Income/Expenses - $170 minimum

Deduct Prep Fees from Refund - $50

Referral Discounts are available.


How did you get started in this business?

I have always loved numbers and enjoyed solving any numbers problem since I can remember. Family and Friends always approached me for their financial needs and I have always been glad to be of help to them. So I decided start a tax preparation business to help others as well since it is my passion. 


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

It is important to know that they have a background in Taxation and few to several years of experience in the field. That they are personable and friendly to walk you through any tax concerns you may have or been experiencing.  


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Clients should be prepared to provide as much details as possible, but the tax pro should be able to ask through their Q&A process to gather all the necessary information as well.
