I have been with Monika for over two years and I really appreciate how she is truly invested in listening to her clients. She remembers so much about what we have talked about over the years and many sessions that I feel I am able to get a lot out of them. I also like how I don’t feel influenced by opinions but actual skills used to help me properly express and work through my troubles without losing my sense of independent thinking, which is something I struggled with when working with other therapists.
