What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I prefer our first meeting to be face-to-face to go over available documents, determine the next steps and get to know clients tax situation. After that, email/ phone conversations are the way of communication.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master's in International Economics. I have completed 850+ hours of continuing education to comply with IRS requirements for Enrolled Agents. I'm CPA candidate.
