Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first discuss the legal problem or cliam by telephone, then set an office conference. I want to get to know my clients and the details of their claim so I can provide the most effective representation. Then we form a plan and I advise my new cllient of the process and what to expect.
Close communication with my clients is essential, so I keep in touch on a regular basis and remain accessible by a direct telephone line. I'll pursue the claim vigorously, and when it comes to settlement, my client always has the last word. I will attempt to obtain the best recovery possible for each of my clients based on their particualr situations.

Mostly auto accident victims, but injuries of all sorts: slip and falls, workplace injuries, trucking accidents, insurance contract disputes etc.
