Law Office Of Leonard F. Lybarger
About
I have been practicing law in northeast Ohio for over half a century. I work as a sole practitioner and tend to accept the following areas of legal practice: Wills, estates, Probate matters, employment law of non-union employees (wrongful discharge, failure to for overtime work by both hourly and some salaried workers who are called supervisors but have no real authority, and discrimination contary to federal and Ohio laws), as well as condiminium unit owners whose community associations are not managing properly or in violation of the Declaration of Condominium Ownership and/or ByLaws.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak with the person on the telephone first and if what I am told sounds like it might be worth pursuing further, I schedule an in-person interview at my office but only after informing the prospective client that it will probably involve paying me a retainer fee to investigate their matter further and to see if the potential client will be able to afford bringing a lawsuit or defending one and can assist me in obtaining written evidence, such as statements from colleagues or fellow workers.
