What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet with every client where they bring in their tax documents, W-2s, 1099s, etc. During this visit, I prepare the returns right then; clients do not merely drop their tax data off and come back days later like some accountants do. I prepare returns during that session and clients have a monitor facing them where they can see the return being prepared.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Bachelors Degree, Cleveland State University, Business -Admininstration, concentration in accounting
- Passed CPA exam first sitting May 1982
- CPA license in Ohio, renewed every three years
- Continuing Professional Education taken regularirly
